Users can use this website exclusively for legal purposes and in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

attempted unauthorized access to systems
misuse of site content for commercial or illegal purposes
All content on the site (texts, photos, design, logo) is the property of MAX RIDE or is used with permission and is protected by copyright.
Reservations are made via:

phone
WhatsApp / Viber message
By sending an inquiry no obligation arises automatically for MAX RIDE is not considered a confirmed reservation.
The reservation becomes valid only after:
vehicle availability confirmation
agreement on price and conditions
confirmation from MAX RIDE
To rent a vehicle, you must meet the following conditions:
valid driver's license
valid identity document (identity card or passport)
minimum driver age (depending on vehicle category)
deposit payment, if it is provided for a specific vehicle
MAX RIDE reserves the right to refuse to rent a vehicle if it deems that the conditions are not met.
All prices are clearly defined in the offer and depend on:
vehicle type
duration of the lease
additional requirements
Deposit:
the amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle category
the deposit is returned at the end of the lease, if there is no damage or additional costs
MAX RIDE reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but a confirmed reservation retains the agreed price.
All vehicles have included basic insurance in accordance with current regulations.
The user is responsible for:
compliance with traffic regulations
fines, violations and parking
damage caused by negligence or breach of contract
In the event of an accident or malfunction, the user is obliged to contact MAX RIDE immediately and follow the instructions.
Roadside assistance is included in the rental price.
Depending on the situation, help may include:
the appearance of the master on the scene
towing to the nearest service station
providing a replacement vehicle, when possible
MAX RIDE offers:
delivery of the vehicle to the agreed location
picking up the vehicle at the airport, hotel or user's address
The exact place and time are agreed in advance.
Delays caused by force majeure (traffic, weather conditions, flight delays) are not considered a breach of contract.
The user can cancel or modify the reservation in accordance with the agreed terms.
MAX RIDE reserves the right to charge a fee in the event of:
late cancellation
non-arrival of the user without notice
Details are defined in the offer or rental agreement.
MAX RIDE is not responsible for:
loss of personal belongings in the vehicle
indirect damages or lost profits
delays caused by force majeure
The user uses the vehicle at his own risk, in accordance with the contract and applicable laws.
The user's personal data is processed in accordance with Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are regulated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
The court in Belgrade is competent for all disputes.
