All vehicles are covered by basic comprehensive insurance.
In case of damage, the user's contribution amounts to 15% of the total damage or a minimum of €300, depending on which amount is greater. This model enables clear rules of responsibility, while maintaining competitive rental prices.
Rental price includes limited mileage, depending on the vehicle and the duration of the lease most often between 150 and 200 km per day.
In case of exceeding the permitted mileage, additionally €0.20 is charged for every kilometer traveled.
The total mileage is calculated as an average for the entire rental period, and not by individual days, which allows you greater flexibility during long-term use of the vehicle.
Roadside assistance is included in all types of rental.
In case of technical failure, the assistance includes:
– towing the vehicle to the nearest authorized service center, if the fault can be eliminated
– on-site mechanic intervention for minor technical problems
– vehicle transport to Serbia or abroad in case of more serious malfunctions
